*Note: Only one re-test will be offered for each class. Should student not pass on their second attempt, the class(es) will need to be retaken at a cost of $50 per class should they choose to move forward with the Academic Institute of Real Estate

The Academic Institute of Real Estate was borne out of the desire to provide quality real estate education to individuals beginning or broadening their real estate careers. We offer in-person, face-to-face classroom sessions with instructors who have personally experienced successful careers in real estate sales, management, education, and training. Additionally, our instructors have first-hand knowledge of local real estate markets, allowing the Academic Institute of Real Estate to provide a fuller and more complete learning experience for our students.

The class will be available via Google Meets.

You must have the required Real Estate Practice book to take this class.

Registration must take place within 5 days of the first class. If less than 4 students are registered at the time that the course session begins, the session will be canceled and you will be offered an alternative.
