Nov 19th – Introduction, Units 1, 2
Nov 21st – Units 3, 4
Nov 26th – Units 5, 6
Dec 3rd – Units 7, 8
Dec 5th – Units 9, 10
Dec 10th – Units 11, 12
Dec 12th – Fundamentals Review
Dec 17th – Fundamentals Final Exam
*Note:
Registration must take place within 5 days of the first class. If less than 4 students are registered at the time that the course session begins, the session will be canceled and you will be offered an alternative.
Only one re-test will be offered for each class. Should student not pass on their second attempt, the class(es) will need to be retaken at a cost of $50 per class should they choose to move forward with the Academic Institute of Real Estate.
