Renewal Date: 5/31/2026 (Every even number year)

Hours Required: 14 hours

• 3.5 hours of the 14 hours must be on the topics of the responsibilities of Brokers and Licensees regarding property management, advertising, and general supervision which would include, but not limited to commissions and fees.
• 10.5 hours – Elective hours

Pennsylvania requires a licensee who wishes to perform Broker Price Opinions (BPO) to complete a continuing education course on the topic. 

Max Hours in a 24-Hour Period: Pennsylvania real estate licensees will not receive credit for more than 7.5 hours of continuing education per day. Our online course delivery system manages this requirement for you.
