THE ACADEMIC INSTITUTE OF REAL ESTATE IS APPROVED BY THE PENNSYLVANIA REAL ESTATE COMMISSION FOR THE PURPOSE OF OFFERING REAL ESTATE PRE-LICENSE, BROKER AND CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES.

STUDENT BEHAVIOR / DISCIPLINARY POLICIES
When taking our educational courses, you are expected to comply with all policies as stated within this document. If you fail to adhere to these policies, it may invalidate your eligibility for course credit. (These situations will be handled on a case by case basis.)
IMPORTANT NOTICE: REGARDING CLASSROOM PRE-LICENSE
A proctored examination is required. Information regarding the procedure for taking the proctored exam will be forwarded to you.
CERTIFICATE OF COURSE COMPLETION
Upon completion of Real Estate Fundamentals, Real Estate Practice, you will receive a Completion Certificate / Course Transcript within 30 days of satisfactory completion of the course. In the event the certificate is lost, a duplicate may be obtained from offices by request. An administrative fee may be charged for the duplicate.
NON-DISCRIMINATION
Academic Institute of Real Estate LLC will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, handicap, sexual preference, or familial status in the establishment of fees, entrance qualifications or standards for successful completion in any course.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Student is responsible for contacting the school 72 hours prior to the first classroom training to cancel their enrollment. All cancellations must be done in writing and there will be no exceptions. Student will receive all but $25.00 of their enrollment fee returned within 15 days. Student may reserve the right to have this enrollment moved to the next scheduled class. If student does desire to move to the next session, there will be no $25.00 deduction from their enrollment.
