Thursday March 28th 2024- General Module Part 2 – Reviews title reports, zoning, agency relationships & agreements and environmental concerns
Thursday April 4th 2024 – Residential Module Part 1 – Covers uniform construction code and zoning, environmental issues, types of construction and land development
Thursday April 11th 2024 – Residential Module Part 2 – Covers home inspections, home warranties, mortgage information, fair housing and agreements of sale
